We dive deep and give you real understanding of the cooking techniques at play so you can have a stronger sense of ownership over your food and the heritage it represents. You will learn how to produce your favorite dishes, old and new, consistently and with confidence! I offer workshops on a variety of culinary skills as well as table making and hosting workshops.
