In partnership with Congregation Rodfei Zedek, in Chicago's beautiful Hyde Park neighborhood, we created a restaurant specifically designed with Passover in mind. Aviv comes as a cure for the doldrums of 8 days of Matzah. With the finesse and flair of an upscale restaurant, fresh, seasonal, brightly flavored dishes were served that just so happen to be unleavened, and grain free. The six-course pescatarian menu, with cocktails developed by the good folks from The Kiddush Club. All proceeds donated to the Synagogue.
